Although Geordi is CKC registered and Hope is both CKC and AKC registered, I choose to validate my Pugs' genetic purity through genetic testing.  I also choose NOT to financially support either of these registries for the "services they provide", which escentially is nothing, unless you plan to enter your Pug into a competition show for the breed. My breeding program is focused on creating healthy, good natured Pugs of a Brindle color, NOT Pugs intended to win in the show ring. NONE of our puppies will be registered with any registry.
